Cookie Policy

Which cookies this website uses. The short answer, for the public pages, is none.

ECOM BUYER NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED — Software Development & Technology Services. This document was last updated on 4 September 2026.

1. The short version

The public pages of this website set no cookies. You can read every page of this site — the homepage, the services, the process, the contact page and all of these policy pages — without a single cookie being stored on your device.

We also do not use local storage, session storage, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, analytics or any third-party script on the public site. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why this site does not show you a cookie banner.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. Cookies are used for things like keeping you signed in, remembering a preference, or — on many sites, though not this one — tracking behaviour across pages and across sites.

3. The contact form

Submitting the contact form does not set a cookie either. The form carries a short-lived signed token in the page itself, which lets our server confirm the submission came from this site and reject automated ones. That token is part of the form, is discarded when the page is closed, is not stored on your device, and identifies nobody.

What we do record when an enquiry is submitted — and why — is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies in the staff area

ECOM BUYER NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED operates an internal system for its own authorised personnel, reached from the sign-in page of this site. It is not accessible to the public and you will not encounter it by browsing this website. For completeness, it uses two cookies, and only after someone signs in:

  • A session cookie — strictly necessary. It holds a random identifier that lets the server recognise an authenticated session. It carries no personal information, is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict, is marked Secure when the site is served over HTTPS, and is removed when the user signs out or the session ends.
  • A colour-theme cookie — a functional preference recording whether that user chose the light or the dark interface. It holds one word and nothing else.

Neither is used for analytics, advertising or tracking, and neither is set on any public page.

5. Third-party cookies

We do not permit third-party cookies on this website. We do not embed advertising, social media widgets, or third-party analytics.

If we link you to a website we do not operate, that site sets its own cookies under its own policy. This policy does not cover those sites.

6. Controlling cookies

Because the public pages set no cookies, there is nothing you need to do here. If you wish to manage cookies generally, every major browser lets you view, block and delete them from its settings, and offers a private-browsing mode that discards them when the window closes.

Blocking cookies will not affect your use of the public pages of this site. It would prevent an authorised member of staff from signing in to the internal system, because the session cookie is what keeps them signed in.

7. Changes to this policy

If we ever add a cookie to a public page, we will update this policy before doing so and, where the law requires consent, we will ask for it first. The date this page was last updated is shown at the top.
